FOOD AND SAFETY

Masala Majesty Company upholds stringent food and health safety standards across all stages of production. We maintain strict discipline in handling, preparation, and storage to ensure the delivery of safe and wholesome products to our customers. From rigorous quality control measures to sourcing the finest raw materials, Eastmade prioritizes safety and hygiene without compromise.

Our foremost priority at Masala Majesty is the adherence to food safety standards and the quality of our spices. We strictly adhere to BRC global standards and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols to ensure food safety through meticulous hygiene control. We affirm that our spices are manufactured in compliance with GMP and are free from any foreign matter, utilizing only approved food ingredients.

When it comes to quality, we strive for nothing short of excellence. This begins from selecting conventional farms, harvesting at the optimal period, and inspecting spices at the source. Upon arrival at our facility, spices undergo thorough cleaning, grading, and sorting. Depending on client requirements, spices may undergo ETO treatment, steam sterilization, or grinding with zero tolerance. Subsequently, they are subjected to rigorous testing and inspection in our in-house laboratory, accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), before packaging. We have cultivated strong relationships with farmers and suppliers nationwide, enabling us to procure materials with minimal pesticide usage for our products. Our quality assurance measures include physical, chemical, and microbiological tests, as well as shelf-life assessment. Our fully automated plant is equipped with an integrated supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, ensuring precise control and monitoring throughout the production process.
