Masala Majesty employs cutting-edge flavor lock grinding technology to instantly freeze spices and preserve their natural flavor and color. Grinding is conducted at sub-zero temperatures ranging from 0 to minus 70°F, ensuring that the spices' chemical composition remains intact. Unlike traditional methods, our process begins with air-dried spices rather than freeze-dried ones. Spices processed using flavor lock grinding exhibit enhanced natural color compared to older grinding machinery, a critical factor for all spices. This technology allows for finer particle sizes without sacrificing aroma or causing changes in natural color.
BUHLER SORTEX MACHINE
Masala Majesty relies on a Buhler Sortex Machine for the cleaning, grading, and color sorting of spices, ensuring the transformation of raw materials into the purest forms of whole and ground spices. Buhler's advanced sorting capabilities, particularly the innovative SORTEX A range, are preferred by processors dealing with complex sorting tasks.
